PlanetRealEstate.com is committed to your privacy and security.
We want to provide you with the best online experience possible
when you are interested in pre-viewing and or shopping for homes
on-line. Our Privacy Policy is based on the underlying principles
that you have a right to know what data we are collecting and how
it will be used. In line with that, you have the right to review
and edit your personal information that is stored on the planetrealestate.com
site in an encrypted and secure format and you have an absolute
on-going right at anytime to have your data deleted if for any
reason you so desire.
Registration: The personal
information you provide when you become a registered user of
our site is used primarily
to help us customize your online experience. Your user ID that
you select serves as a unique identifier in our record system,
and it is used together with your password to prevent unauthorized
access to any information you choose to store on the site.
The Information We Collect
You can browse certain portions of planetrealestate.com without
submitting any personal information at all. However due to (MLS)
Multiple Listing Service Restrictions within certain States, as
well as if you choose to take advantage of our FREE Home Purchase
Analysis Software and/or our premium services including virtual
access to MLS and or Builder inventory using one of our professional
photographers, you will be asked to provide information such as
a user name and password, your name, e-mail address, phone number(s),
address and certain home purchase criteria.
In addition to the
personal information you may submit, our web site gathers certain
anonymous data to help us to better understand how the site is
being used and how we can improve it. This data includes your computer's
Internet Protocol ("IP") address, statistics about how
you navigate through the site and information provided through
the use of "cookies" (which is described in more detail
below.)
How Your Information is Used
We may use information collected from you to contact you via email
or mail or other communication sources to send you homes on-line
and related services that we believe will be of interest to you.
If we sell the company, merge with another company or spin off
a business, your information may be included in such a transaction.
However if such a transaction occurs we will notify you of the
event and give you an opportunity to respond.

You may terminate e-mail correspondence from
us at any time. You can reply to any of our mails and type "Unsubscribe" in
the subject line or send e-mail to privacy@planetrealestate.com
with your request and we will promptly remove you from that particular
e-mail service. To request that we not use your profile information
to market information to you, please e-mail privacy@planetrealestate.com
with your request.
If you are concerned about the cookies that
are sent between our computers and yours, you may, through your
Web browser, choose to reject them automatically, or have your
computer prompt you before accepting them. Refer to your web browser
Internet options to customize cookies. Please note, however, that
some of our features and services depend on the use of cookies.

the instructions found in the "My Profile" or "Edit
Your Profile" area of the site where you registered or submitted
